By using Flare, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

Flare provides AI-powered tools for content creators. You may use Flare for personal or commercial content creation. You may not use Flare to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any platform's terms of service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted.

3. Free & Paid Plans

Free accounts are subject to daily generation limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used the service.

4. Content Ownership

All content generated using Flare belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over any output you create. We may use anonymized usage data to improve our models.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Generating content designed to deceive or defraud
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape our systems
• Reselling access to Flare without an Agency plan
• Using Flare to violate any applicable law

6. Limitation of Liability

Flare is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Flare after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
