• Content you input into our tools (used only to generate your output)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

• To provide and improve the Flare service
• To send important account and product updates
• To enforce our Terms of Service
• Anonymized, aggregated data may be used to improve AI outputs

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train models without your consent. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Payment data is handled by Stripe. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@getflare.io. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
